So, we’ve had a pretty eventful weekend. Kat has been in town since Sunday which has been fun! I feel bad having to work and leaving her at the house though. Thursday night we went over to some friend’s of Greg’s family for a pool party. I wasn’t up for the pool so Sarah, Kat, Jon, and I mostly just hung out on the deck chairs…soooo comfy!
Friday we had Hinchman Olympics! This was a blast and a riot! Faith and Jon, had divided everyone into teams and had different events including bubble gum blowing, darts, chubby bunny, watermelon seed spitting, and a beer chug relay, to name a few. Check out the pictures below. Needless to say my team, Team Red, was victorious!
Saturday, we floated the river for a little while. in New Braunfels with some of Greg’s family. That was certainly interesting. That night we visited my parents for a little while before heading back to San Antonio
Sunday we went to Fiesta Texas with Jon. Unfortunately, Kat wasn’t feeling well so she decided to head back to Dallas early. I got to play spectator for most of the day while the boys rode the rollercoasters…not gonna lie, I was a little jealous! But it was fun. A perfect day, the lines weren’t long and we got to see the fireworks at the end of the day which was nice. All in all a pretty great weekend.
